• Ms. Reaper reserves the right to approve or reject applications for any reason, including sites or channels containing illegal, hateful, adult, or misleading content.
• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

• You agree to promote Ms. Reaper products honestly and ethically.
• You may use your unique affiliate link and approved marketing materials.
• You must comply with FTC disclosure requirements (e.g., “This post contains affiliate links…”).
• You may not: mislead customers, make false claims, engage in cookie stuffing, run spam ads, or bid on trademarked terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining your promotional channels and content.

3. Commissions

• Affiliates may earn up to 10% commission on qualifying purchases.
• Commissions are based on the order subtotal before tax, shipping, or discounts.
• Commission rates may vary based on performance tiers or promotions.
• Ms. Reaper may adjust commission rates with notice.

4. Qualifying Orders

You will earn a commission only when:

• The customer uses your unique affiliate link.
• The purchase is completed within the 30-day cookie window.
• The order is paid in full and not refunded or canceled.

Non-qualifying orders include:

• Fraudulent orders
• Your own orders or household orders
• Orders using unauthorized discount codes
• Wholesale orders

5. Payouts

• Payouts are processed monthly through PayPal, Bank Transfer, or other approved methods.
• A minimum payout threshold applies (e.g., $25).
• A 14-day hold period applies for returns or fraud review.
• You must provide accurate payment details.

6. Cookies & Tracking

• The Program uses tracking cookies with a 30-day duration.
• The most recent affiliate link clicked receives credit.
• Technical tracking issues are not guaranteed or compensated.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Using your own link to purchase products
• Posting unauthorized coupons
• Impersonating the Ms. Reaper brand
• Running paid ads competing with our brand
• Publishing fake reviews
• Offering rewards or incentives for purchases
• Promoting us alongside illegal or harmful products

8. Termination

• Ms. Reaper may terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms.
• You may terminate participation by notifying us in writing.
• Upon termination, you must remove all affiliate links within 7 days.
• Commissions on valid orders will be paid unless termination was due to fraud.

9. Intellectual Property

• All branding, images, and materials remain the property of Ms. Reaper.
• Affiliates receive a revocable license to use approved assets for promotion.
• You may not alter or misuse logos or trademarks.

10. Representations & Limitation of Liability

• No guarantees are made regarding uptime, earnings, or tracking accuracy.
• You participate at your own risk.
• Ms. Reaper is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
• You agree to indemnify Ms. Reaper for claims related to your promotional activities.

11. Tax Compliance

• You are responsible for reporting earnings and paying applicable taxes.
• W-9, W-8BEN, or similar forms may be required before payout.

12. Modification of Terms

• Ms. Reaper may update these Terms at any time.
• Updates will be provided by email or affiliate dashboard notice.
• Continued participation means you accept the updated Terms.
